Electronic Visa of prescriptions
This solution automates the process of continuous medical prescriptions visa allowing to be less bureaucratic the work of the Inspection Areas. It incorporates components for its integration to the Information System of Primary Health Care and Specially Health Care as well as with the pharmacological record facilitating the flow of information and improving the control over the prescription of visas.
The solution offers integration services with the systems of electronic prescription .
The users of the solution are usually: prescribing doctors, office workers of health care centers, office workers of the various inspection areas, sub inspectors and inspectors. User profile listed before cover a set of responsibilities and functions very spread among them. To those organizations in which the functions and the responsibilities are more concentrated for the use of visa, the solution facilitates the assignment of functions depending on the profile. We can, therefore, reduce it o one or two user profiles.
The solution is configured according to six sections of services:
- Request for authorization
- Authorization of inspection
- Automatic management of consecutive visa
- Integration to the information system AP
- Integration to the pharmacological record
- Integration to the electronic prescription
The section of integration to electronic prescription is ready to be used in bidirectional way, achieving requests from AP, AE and pharmacy system through the electronic prescription system and providing data to these three through electronic prescription.
The electronic visa system can be implement without the electronic prescription is operational. That is, VISA facilitates the progressive implementation of the prescription. And those documents / prescriptions which are not made electronically, could be vised and dispensed ellectronically too. This would allow us to keep the level of benefits to citizens and involved groups.
