It facilitates the management of the appointments to the citizens downloading the administrative circuits to ask for an appointment in the Healthcare centers and clinics. It accepts, as functional extension, the support of (vaccine or other) campaigns and sms to remember the appointments.
Multichannel appointment is an information system which allows to manage appointments to citizens and lighten the work of the administrative circuits of the healthcare centers and clinics to ask for an appointment thanks to the centralized management of appointments through various input channels such as: telephone, sms, fax, IVR, email and web appointment, with the possibility to use them as first level or second level to ask for an appointment.
It supports also the monitoring and management of appointment services as key element to the central services.
