Cloud Services Center (CSC, from now on) offers services of management and control and process services. The Centre of Operations and Datacenter, both integrated in CSC, offer these services.
Between services of management services are included customer services, monitoring, operation, support, remote hands, installation or IT managed services. These services can be offered on infrastructures not hosted on Datacenter of the CSC.
Process services can be offered on Infrastructure, Platform or Product.
