Service center (support)
Support services are provided from Divisa iT´s service center. These support services not only are requests relating with diagnosis, management, processing and mistakes correction which may appear in infrastructures and applications but also include solutions of envolving maintenance and operations related with implementation of different systems, hardware and software.
Moreover this center is also responsible for other services such as attention of users answering requests related with operating of services and applications that they may be using.
Clients will communicate incidents and requests to the Services Center by e-mail email@example.com or calling Service desk, 983 546 620. Users of service will have to specify client´s code and subject of request or enquiry.
Those users who want to use our services without having a client code, they could do it calling our commercial telephone 983 546 601.
